We selected Halderman Real Estate Services/Craig Springmier and Rusty Harmeyer as a result of the existing relationship and our faith in the team. We elected to do the auction platform essentially for political purposes given we are such a large employer in Wayne Co. We didn’t want to appear to play favorites and we wanted to maximize the proceeds to the college. Top-notch, all the way around.
