As personal representatives of the Estate of Eugene R. Carroll, we were faced with the task of selling his real estate property and auctioning of personal property.

We contacted Pat Karst with Halderman Real Estate Services. After meeting with Pat and signing an agreement, he quickly went to work. The Halderman team prepared an appealing brochure with pictures and format of the tracts of the land proposed for sale. They even took a drone video of the properties which was available on the Halderman website and other online media for prospective buyers to view.

The entire Halderman team did an excellent job of distributing the brochures and getting information out to prospective buyers. They kept in contact with us, letting us know the number of flyers distributed and the interest in the properties. Pat responded quickly to our questions and was very personal, yet professional. The open houses were well attended and we appreciate representatives, Jon Rosen and Bill Earle with the Halderman Companies assisting and answering questions for interested buyers.

The Halderman team did a superb job setting up the evening of the auction and were available to answer any questions. Rusty Harmeyer, the auctioneer, did a great job of keeping the auction moving and explaining the tracts available for bid. Pat and Jon and Bill moved through the crowd and were available to answer questions and receive the bids. We heard the final word “SOLD” with a sigh of relief. We are very pleased with the final results. We feel the success of the auction was definitely due to the hard work of Pat Karst and the Halderman team.
