Terms & Conditions METHOD OF SALE: Halderman Real Estate Services, Inc. (HRES, IN Auct. Lic. #AC69200019) will offer two properties at public auction on September 14, 2020. At 6:30 PM, (2) farms, one being 128 acres, more or less, and the second being 188 acres, more or less, will be sold at the Carroll County Event and Education Center, 102 N 4th St, Flora, IN. The David & Amy Myer farm will be offered in two tracts as individual units or as a whole farm and cannot be combined with the Myer farm. The Myer Farm will be offered in three tracts as individual units, in combination, or as a whole farm and cannot be combined with the David & Amy Myer farm. Each bid shall constitute an offer to purchase and the final bid, if accepted by the Seller(s), shall constitute a binding contract between the Buyer and the Seller(s). The auctioneer will settle any disputes as to bids and his decision will be final. CLOSING: The closing shall be on or before November 16, 2020. The Sellers have the choice to extend this date if necessary. POSSESSION: Possession of the land will be at closing, subject to the 2020 crop harvest. Possession of the buildings will be at closing. REAL ESTATE TAXES: The Sellers will pay real estate taxes for 2020 due 2021.
