I wasn’t ready to sell our family farm since my dad had only passed in Jan 2021. But taking care of all the responsibilities without having a family connection to it was not what I wanted. I have heard of Halderman and the good work you have done for many years, and am very fond of the Larry Jordan family.  When my siblings and I made the decision to sell, we reached out to Halderman for an appraisal and came into contact with Jaret Wicker, and Gary Bohlander.  Both were wonderful to work with and fantastic with details and very patient with any questions we had.  I believe because of them and John Bechman, we were able sale our farm for a fair and decent price. This could have been such an overwhelming task, but because of hard work, expertise, and wisdom, it went smoothly.  Since our sale, I have told others in situations similar to mine that they should consider talking to Halderman!
