Moore & Warner Farm Real Estate, LLC, Clinton, IL, in partnership with Halderman Real Estate Services, Wabash, IN recently closed the sale of 5,618 acres of Greene County, Illinois farmland for $47,729,392. This unique, largely contiguous farm lies along the east side of the Illinois River, is levee protected, and includes a large farm headquarters and two grain storage facilities including over 400,000 bushels of storage capacity. Much of the farm was improved with center pivot irrigation and the farm included acreage in the Hartwell and Keach drainage districts in that part of Greene County.

This sale is the culmination of an extensive marketing campaign and due diligence completed by the Moore & Warner and Halderman teams over the past few months. In addition, the firms sold all the farm equipment last spring in a separate sale from the farmland. Jonah Kolb of Moore & Warner and Howard Halderman of Halderman Real Estate Services, the Managing Brokers on the transaction, thank The Adwell Corporation for selecting them to represent the farmland and farm equipment sales and. Brokers Ross Albert of Moore & Warner, and John Bechman and Josh Wagenbach of Halderman also represented the seller.
