How do I find a representative near me?
At the bottom of the app, select the REPRESENTATIVES tab. Near the top of the screen you have the option to view reps via a MAP or a LIST format.
When using the MAP, you are able to view the locations of our representatives. To get a closer look, simply use your fingertips to manually expand the screen OR select the orange or blue location icon and a list of representaives will pop up on your screen.
When using the LIST format, you will see a series of appraisers, representatives, auctioneers, and real estate associates along with their contact information. Selecting the arrow will direct you to a page featuring upcoming listings, a synopsis and their location. Sort/Filter to identify the representatives closest to you.
How do I find an auction or private sale listing near me?
At the bottom of the app, select the LISTINGS tab. Near the top of the screen you have the option to view reps via a MAP or a LIST format.
When using the MAP, you are able to view the locations of our upcoming listings via the orange and blue location icons. Blue indicates a private sale and orange indicates an auction. Simply select an icon and a window will pop up on your screen featuring more information regarding that listing.
When using the LIST format, all upcoming real estate listings will be featured. Auction listings are in order of earliest auction date. If you select a listing, you are able to view auction times, property information, representative including contact information, photos and video.
How do I sort and filter a listing?
Select the LISTINGS tab at the bottom of the app, select the LIST view option. The default view displays the auction listings in order of the earliest auction date.
To SORT and FILTER the upcoming listings, simply select the three line icon located in the upper right hand corner of the app.
The SORT and FILTER screen will appear where you are able to select and modify your preferences ranging from listing time and distance to viewing the upcoming listings in alphabetical order.
How do I view sales results for recently sold or past property sales?
Select the LISTINGS tab at the bottom of the app, select the LIST view option. Select the the three line icon located in the upper right hand corner of the app.
The SORT and FILTER screen will appear, select STATUS.
On the STATUS screen, you are able to select whether you would like to view a PENDING sale or a CLOSED sale. Plus, you are able to make mulitple selections. Once you have made your selection, simply select DONE located in the upper left hand corner.
I have a question about an upcoming listing, what do I do?
We would love to hear from you! Simply contact the representative that has that particular listing. You can contact them via phone or email which can be found at the very bottom of every listing. Also, you are welcome to call our main office, 800.424.2324 and we would be happy to assist you.
I'm having problems downloading the new app, please help!
In order to support the functionality of the Halderman app, you must have an Apple IOS version 13.0 and above OR the Android OS 4.3, Jelly Bean. Call our main office at 800.424.2324 and we would be happy to assist you with any troubleshooting issues that you may be experiencing.
