Exchange Execution (Contract Preparation)
- We have standard contracts which comply with IRS regulations.
- When a developer makes an offer on your farm, we will be sure it is structured to allow proper execution and flexibility of the exchange.
- We will also spend time with your buyer to be sure they understand your needs.
- These needs will not affect the buyer; they only affect the documents involved.
Finding Property for the Exchange
- We will learn and discuss your landownership desires and goals (e.g. type, location, income, acres)
- We then help you identify potential properties to trade for your present farm.
- Review pros and cons of different properties and provide an in-depth analysis for each

Completing the Exchange
We Will:
- Coordinate closing with all involved parties
- Order and/or prepare necessary documents to comply with IRS guidelines, as well as title insurance, surveys, affidavits, deeds, etc.
- Ensure document recording and registering is accomplished in a proper manner
- Keep you up-to-date at all times concerning closing and exchange process
