Since the early 1990's, Halderman Real Estate Services, Inc. has focused on being increasingly involved in transition real estate in metropolitan markets across the Midwest. Our decision to aggressively pursue transitional real estate sales is rooted in our unique perspective on the process and our intimate knowledge of the goals of our sellers.
With this decision came the formation of our transitional real estate team. This group concentrates specifically on this type of property and has made a significant impact on the development market throughout the Midwest. In recent years we have seen this impact grow to include other areas of the country.
Our primary area of expertise is in working with transitional property owners who have seen the highest and best use of their land change from farmland into some higher value use.
